Draft Schedule:
The 2027 MSSNY House of Delegates will be held virtually via Zoom and in person at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown, NY. The House will open virtually via Zoom on the evening of Monday March 8th, recess for virtual reference committee hearings to be held on Sunday March 14 and Sunday March 21 and reconvene for the remainder of business in Tarrytown on Friday April 2. New this year will be Online Forums where any MSSNY member can use their Online myMSSNY account (mymssny.mssny.org) to post written testimony on all on time resolutions.

Online Single Payer Debate Forum:
As per the resolution passed by the Council in June, your Speakers will be setting up an Online Forum using IMIS where all members can use their Online myMSSNY Account (mymssny.mssny.org) to asynchronously testify on the merits and drawbacks of the New York Health Act. This Forum shall open in January 2027 and close on March 21, 2027 at the same time as the Online Reference Committee Forums. A summary of the debate shall be presented to the House during the Second Opening Session.
