MSSNY is conducting a survey to ascertain your knowledge of Shared Clinical Decision-Making (SCDM). SCDM is a recommendation option utilized by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), a subcommittee of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The ACIP uses SCDM regarding certain immunizations. MSSNY is conducting a survey to help us learn what physicians think about SCDM.
