Never Miss an Update: How to Ensure Our Emails Reach Your Inbox: Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these simple steps to ensure you never miss an important email from us:
Step 1: Check Your Junk or Spam Folder
- Open your email application (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Gmail).
- Navigate to the Junk or Spam folder.
- Look for any emails sent from MSSNY@org.
Step 2: Mark Emails as “Not Spam”
- Once you locate an email from us, right-click on it (or select the appropriate menu).
- Choose the option “Mark as Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox” (depending on your email provider).
Step 3: Add Us to Your Safe Senders List
- For Microsoft Outlook:
- Right-click on an email from MSSNY@org.
- Select Junk > Never Block Sender or Never Block Sender’s Domain.
- Confirm your selection.
- For Gmail:
- Open an email from MSSNY@org.
- Click the three vertical dots (menu) in the upper-right corner.
- Select Filter messages like this.
