Important COVID Vaccination Program Guidance (Oct. 25, 2021)

The attached information was sent to all providers enrolled in the NYS COVID-19 vaccination program. It is updated to reflect the FDA authorization and CDC approval of Moderna and J&J booster doses for eligible individuals and the administration of heterologous booster doses.

This expands on CDC's recommendation issued September 1, 2022, for updated COVID-19 boosters of people ages 12 and older.
