Educational Objectives are:
- Examine the public health triumphs of vaccinations through a historical lens with a focus on lives saved because of immunizations
- Outline the advent of “vaccine hesitancy” and examine ways to discuss it without putting onus on patients
- Identify areas in which vaccine rates have declined, and describe strategies to improve vaccination rates with a goal of herd immunity moving forward
