NYS Medicaid Enforcement Changes Prompt Provider Feedback Survey

The New York State Drug User Health Working Group and Legal Action Center are interested in hearing from clinicians and the community regarding the recently enforced Medicaid Restricted Recipient Program and its impact on patients and providers. The goal of the survey is to gather information about the burden of this program on patients and providers, particularly in light of recent changes in enforcement, and to share compiled responses with the Office of Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG). The survey will take approximately 4 minutes to complete.
