Congratulations to Pat Clancy who received MSSNY’s David B. L. Meza, III, MD Award for Excellence in Emergency Preparedness and Disaster/Terrorism Response following the 2025 MSSNY House of Delegates meeting. Ms. Clancy worked for MSSNY for more than 30 years and was responsible for the creation of the Emergency Preparedness and Disaster/Terrorism Response Committee. Pat was integral to this committee’s ongoing efforts to convey the primary tenets of emergency preparedness through countless and varied educational programs, related materials, and numerous podcasts.
