NSPC Brain & Spine Surgery (NSPC), a MSSNY Organizational Member since 2023, has once again demonstrated the value of physician-led private practice by being ranked a Top 10 private practice for neurological surgery in the United States, and the #1 neurosurgery private practice in New York State for the third consecutive year, by Castle Connolly.
Led by CEO Michael H. Brisman, MD, a MSSNY member since 1998, NSPC has spent more than six decades advancing patient-centered care in brain and spine surgery. With 11 neurosurgeons and seven locations across Long Island and Manhattan, the practice provides access to specialized services, including minimally invasive and endoscopic spine procedures, as well as stereotactic brain surgery for complex neurological conditions such as tumors, spinal stenosis, and trigeminal neuralgia.
