Medical Society Congratulates Rep Delgado on his
Selection by Governor Hochul to be Next Lieutenant Governor

“We congratulate Rep. Antonio Delgado on his selection by Governor Hochul to be the State’s next Lieutenant Governor. In Congress, Rep. Delgado demonstrated himself to be a champion of protecting patients’ access to healthcare. This included his strong support of Congressional efforts to prevent steep Medicare cuts as well as his strong support for various Congressional initiatives to help patients and their physicians and other care providers navigate the enormous consequences of the pandemic. We look forward to working with him in his new role.”
