The 2026 MSSNY HOD will be held at two locations:
Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center
123 E. Main St, Rochester NY 14604
Hyatt Regency Rochester
125 Main St, Rochester NY 14604
The convention center will host the main business sessions of the HOD, while both facilities will host various meetings and events. There’s is an enclosed walkway that connects the two facilities.
The standard room rate for the Hyatt Regency Rochester is $165.

Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, situated at 155 E Main St, Rochester, NY 14604, is conveniently located just around the corner from the Hyatt. Due to limited room availability at the Hyatt, it will serve as the overflow hotel. Please be informed that no meetings or events will be scheduled at the Hilton.
The standard room rate for the Hilton Garden Inn is $179.
