To serve and support its members, MSSNY, in cooperation with the Empire State Medical, Scientific and Educational Foundation (EMSEF) has developed, “Basics of E/M Coding: A Handbook for Physician Offices….Assigning the Correct E/M Code to Your Claims”.
This handbook is a basic ‘how to’ piece for office staff members dealing with billing codes and claims submission. MSSNY members can access it free of charge under the practice resources section of the society’s website, www.mssny.org.
